How can we ensure that our global food system is not only sustainable today, but regenerative for generations to come? It all comes down to the food we choose to grow and eat. In a special series of conversations hosted by Food Tank, Salon, and New York University's Steinhardt School, journalists and food industry experts break down what eating for a healthier planet means on an individual level and on a global scale.
Food Tank is America's fastest-growing nonprofit research and advocacy organization in food and agriculture. Salon is partnering with the organization to educate and convene the good food movement around pressing food system issues.
Participants include: Martin Lemos, interim executive director of the National Young Farmers Coalition, Chris McGrath, chief sustainability and well-being officer at Mondelez,
Shino Tanikawa, executive director of the NYC Soil & Water Conservation District and
Walter Willett, eo-chair of the EAT-Lancet Commission.
